A data eSIM is a digital SIM that allows you to access mobile data without needing a physical SIM card. It is embedded in your device and can be activated remotely, making it easy to switch between carriers or data plans when traveling or needing connectivity.
To use an eSIM, your device must be eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked. You can check the official list of supported devices .
The installation process may vary depending on your device:
  • For iPhone & iPad:
    1. Open Settings › Cellular (or Mobile Data).
    2. Tap Add Cellular Plan.
    3. Scan the QR code provided in your email.
    4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup.
  • For Android (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.):
    1. Open Settings › Connections › SIM Manager.
    2. Tap Add Mobile Plan › Scan QR Code.
    3. Scan the QR code and follow the prompts.
  • For Other Devices:

    Check your device manual or eSIM settings for specific instructions.

Yes! If your device supports Dual SIM functionality, you can use your physical SIM card alongside your eSIM from ADR. This allows you to keep your primary number active while using the eSIM for data.
No, ADR provides data-only eSIMs, which do not include a phone number. You can continue using your existing number for calls and SMS while using the eSIM for internet access.
